I would stop again. Great burger.

We stopped in on our way through town. Never been there. If we are back in the area, will definetly stop again. Nice little place. Great prices. Staff were all very nice. Food was great. Just enough portion size.

Food is good. Staff is nice. I was served by the owner the other day. It's nice when you see the actual owners involved in the business. Makes it nice see small town businesses do well, especially when they put the customer's experience first.

Hometown local hangout with good breakfast. Nice waitress.

Great service, good food and great price. They make you feel like family.

We always stop here on our trips on our trips to Portland...food is awesome

Wonderful place.. was on a day drive with husband got three flat tires didnt bring extra cash was able to have mom call and pay for food over phone so we could have a meal.. staff was very kind and accommodating. Food was just like you would like hot and good!! Thanks to the staff and the owner for all the hospitality....

The chairs may not all match, the booths have depressions from many butts, and the carpet is a worn. There are historical pictures from Kooskia's early 20th century glory days. And decades worth of conversations echo through the dining room. In other words the Kooskia Cafe is the perfect small town cafe. And best of all, the food is fantastic!

Kooskia cafe is the best food from Lewiston to Missoula! Biscuits, rolls, chicken fried steaks and pies all made in house! Huckleberry cheesecake, apple crumble, BlackBerry, and so many more! The salad bar is fresh and delicious too, and the staff are amazing!

I've been here before the only thing I liked about this restaurant was the decorations

Our go-to place for breakfast/lunch! We usually end up here in the late morning, and my husband gets breakfast, while I get soup and salad. Their soups are ALWAYS incredibly delicious!!!

Great down home service and food! Very reasonable price! Recommended for anyone even just passing through as we were. We had the salad bar which was fresh. We also ordered the BLT sandwich....delicious! Country and casual atmosphere!

We seated ourselves. Typical small town eatery. Waitress was prompt, very friendly and the food came out quickly and tasted wonderful. Kudos.

Those guys who sit at the front window table seem to always be there, laughing. The service is friendly. The food is good and prompt. And I happen to really like Moose Drool. Small town food is rarely better.

Dinner was good and fast... lunch tip days later not very good and very slow service. $$$

The service was horrible! Waitress never once stopped at the table except to bring us the check. I had to go get a soda because she refused to bring more water, I also had to get our own boxes to go. A quarter of the way through lunch she set our ticket down and walked away without speaking. I should also note we were the ONLY people left in the restaurant.

Food was great and the folks were very nice. Our waitress was back and forth and seemed to be right there if we needed anything.

We were driving through around lunch time and stopped here at the Cafe. They have a large sign posted at the door to seat yourself. This is always helpful when entering an unfamiliar place. Our waitress was right with us. Our order came very timely and was very tasty. The restaurant was very clean, welcoming and the food was good. I would recommend the Kooskia Cafe.

Lacy (hope I got that spelling right) was amazing! Super nice and attentive! Got biscuits and gravy which was really good! Bacon could have been little less charred but not bad. They have baked potato which is great too! Would come back - it’s cozy and welcoming (:

This is such a special place. You’ll hear stories at nearby tables from the mouths of beautiful older locals who will remind you of a kinder, simpler time. On a cuisine note, best burger I’ve ever had and I’ve had my fair share. Don’t forget to get order a piece of their daily, fresh made pie. Banana cream was to die for!

Just an average breakfast in an average diner in an average town in between cities. We had an overnight stop and this was our only breakfast option on a Monday. No kids menu, but they have lighter options (half portions). The food was plentiful, but I recommend to play it safe and stick with an omelette. The omelettes were delicious!
